Former DLA Piper Frankfurt managing partner Dr Kirsten Girnth has made the switch to Bryan Cave.

Dr Kirsten Girnth

A seasoned corporate and M&A specialist, Dr Girnth most recently served as managing partner of DLA Piper’s Frankfurt office and co-head of the firm’s corporate practice group in Germany. She brings to Bryan Cave extensive experience working with multinationals and SMEs on all elements of M&A transactions, with particular expertise drafting and negotiating relevant contracts, setting up and performing due diligence procedures and developing pre- and post-merger strategies for clients. Bryan Cave Frankfurt managing partner Tobias Fenck commented: ‘Bryan Cave’s global M&A practice is regularly ranked among the top 10 legal advisers for M&A work involving U.S. clients. Kirsten Girnth will significantly strengthen our capabilities in Germany. We will continue to grow our corporate and M&A practice in Europe to jointly advise on international, cross-border transactions alongside the teams in the U.S. and Asia.’
