Insurance and shipping law firm Hill Dickinson is in talks to sell off part of its insurance business group.Hill Dickinson has held 'high-level' discussions on the possible transfer of the 16 partner team to Keoghs. The move would see more than 400 staff transfer to Keoghs and around £23m worth of business. Earlier this year Hill Dickinson lost a 24-strong casualty claims team to Kennedys after closing an office in Yorkshire. The proposed deal would exclude Hill Dickinson's marine and clinical negligence and, according to the firm's CEO, Peter Jackson, would allow them to focus on areas of strategic growth including marine, commercial and health work.
