The firm has reportedly instructed commercial real estate agent Cushman & Wakefield to find it 350,000 square feet of office space in the City. Hogan Lovells has been headquartered on the Holborn Viaduct since 1977, where it currently occupies three separate buildings with an accumulative 360,000 square feet of floor space. The firm’s lease on the Viaduct is not set to expire until 2026, though there are break clauses in 2019 and 2023. A source from Hogan Lovells has said that firm has not yet made a definite decision as to whether it will move, with refitting and retaining its current digs still an option. The firm currently employs around 1,400 people in London, including more than 150 partners.
