Khaitan acquires New Delhi law firm

The 300-lawyer Khaitan & Co has acquired New Delhi-based six-partner PXV Law Partners for an undisclosed amount.

A New Delhi law firm has been bought Mikadun

The three founding partners of PXV are joining Khaitan as associate partners and they are bringing eight of their associates with them. PXV is described as providing transnational legal services and litigation support. Khaitan is a full service firm based in three offices (in Mumbia, Delhi and Bangalore). Source: VCCircle
