Legal secretaries on verge of extinction, according to Oxford University

Legal secretary comes third in a ranking of 366 occupations by their vulnerability to being replaced by automation, with a 98 per cent chance, according to research from the Martin School at Oxford University.

In contrast, 'legal associate professionals' come 137th and have a 66 per cent chance of being replaced. But judges, barristers and solicitors have only a 3 per cent likelihood of losing out to robots and rank 320th on the list.
