Last week, it was reported that KWM had lost the bulk of its Paris private equity team to rival firm Goodwin Procter, which is setting up its own office in the French capital. Now, it has come to light that a further three partners will be exiting KWM's London office.

The firm's head of intellectual property David Rose is leaving the firm after 24 years to take up a role at Mishcons. Meanwhile, IP partner Campbell Forsyth and commercial partner Gretchen Scott are also leaving the firm, accepting new roles at Dentons and Goodwin Procter respectively.

The spate of partner exits are not connected to the recent announcement that KWM would cull its European and Middle Eastern partnership by 15 per cent as part of a regional restructure.
