Redgrave expands In California, Ohio and Minnesota

Information law specialists, Redgrave Information Law, has made a number of significant new appointments across offices in San Francisco, Cleveland and Minneapolis.

Joining the firm is Scott J Borrowman as Senior Attorney in San Francisco, California, Ted Hiser as Senior Counsel and Tamara L Karel as Counsel in Cleveland, Ohio as well as Margo Eckstein as  Senior Advisor in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The company also recently announced the addition of former United States Magistrate, Judge Nan R Nolan (retired) of the Northern District of Illinois.  Judge Nolan, who served 14 years as a Magistrate Judge, is well known as a national trailblazer in eDiscovery and co-founder of the Seventh Circuit's E-Discovery Pilot Program joined the firm as Of Counsel.

The roles

Mr Borrowman, Senior Attorney, San Francisco, will counsel Redgrave's clients in complex litigation involving eDiscovery issues.  Although focused on the firm's West Coast-based clients, Scott works on matters throughout the country.  Mr Hiser, Senior Counsel, Cleveland, is focused on the management of discovery matters, including electronic discovery and attorney-client privilege and work product issues.  Miss Karel, Counsel, Cleveland, will work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement strategic, cost-effective, and practical solutions to the full spectrum of information law issues including electronic discovery, technology initiatives, and information governance.  And Margo Eckstein, Senior Advisor, Minneapolis, provides strategic and technical guidance to clients with information management and information compliance governance issues, most often, directly related to litigation.
