US law firm Brown Rudnick is rescinding offers to 10 associates who were scheduled to join the firm in the fall in New York and Boston offices.

The firm is experiencing declining client demand for first-year associates. However, the firm says it will offer the affected students reimbursement for any bar-related costs, outplacement assistence snd transition payment.
