White & Case considers European back office centre

White & Case is considering the possibility of opening a European centre, possibly in the UK, following the success of back office bases that it has set up in Manila and Tampa.

Nick Salmon, the firm's COO, says that the firm is in the 'very early stages' of looking at the proposition. He said: 'White & Case already has around 450 employees in the shared services centres we’ve established in Manila and Tampa, which would limit the scale of any third facility we put in place.'
