J. Kevin McCarthy will step up to senior executive vice president and general counsel for The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation on April 15. McCarthy, who is currently senior deputy general counsel, is due to replace general counsel, Jane Sherburne. Source: The Wall Street Journal
