A leading bank is making waves by its move to bring women lawyers with families back into the profession. JPMorgan Chase & Co's Re-Entry Programme expanded to the legal and investment bank divisions in 2014. The bank offers VP-level, paid ten-to-fourteen-week internships that include training sessions aimed at re-acclimating participants to the workforce and acquainting them with JPMorgan.  Each recruit is also given a mentor with the aim to find the intern a full-time position. JPMorgan recruits through alumni associations from schools like Harvard and Columbia but will be advertising on its website this year.
