Cooley wins six life science partners from Mintz Levin

The former co-chair of the life science team at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo is among six partners joining Cooley's offices in Boston and New York.

The arrival of Ivor R Elrifi, Heidi A Erlacher and four others ‘establishes Cooley as one of the pre-eminent, fully integrated IP firms, with one of the largest national life sciences patent practices in the country’, according to Cooley IP chair, Jim Brogan. He added: ‘Recently, we have seen unprecedented growth in the life sciences industry, with countless companies receiving regulatory approval and accessing the public capital markets for the first time.’ Source: ABA
