Alison Moe is a partner at Sher Tremonte LLP and a former Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. She represents companies and individuals in criminal enforcement actions, internal and government investigations, complex litigation, and trials. At SDNY, Moe served as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division, supervising teams of prosecutors across units including Complex Frauds and Cybercrime, Money Laundering, and General Crimes. As a senior member of the Public Corruption Unit, she handled some of the office’s most sensitive matters.
