An experienced trial and appellate advocate, he has handled cases in state and federal courts involving securities and accounting fraud, market manipulation, antitrust, public corruption, and civil and criminal RICO claims. Before co‑founding Sher Tremonte in 2011, Tremonte was a partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP and served as an Assistant US Attorney in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
