A qualified barrister, Anne is a member of the firm’s Knowledge and Practice Development team. As a practice development lawyer, she supports the firm’s Corporate and M&A Group. As well as keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments, Anne drafts internal guidance materials, assists with a wide range of legal and transactional queries and works on client briefings, seminars and podcasts. Anne helps promote the firm’s knowledge policy and provides instruction on good knowledge-sharing and research practices. She mentors trainees and junior lawyers and supports them in their professional development and continuing legal education. Anne’s areas of interest and expertise include company law, corporate governance, ESG and EU law. She is a regular contributor to the firm’s client publications and is editor of the firm’s Annual Knowledge Report.
