Bagas Ananta is an associate at SSEK Law Firm specialising in litigation, with a focus on suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), bankruptcy proceedings, and complex civil disputes. He also has experience assisting clients in investigations by the Indonesian police involving alleged criminal violations. At SSEK, Bagas successfully represented a shipping company in a high-stakes, tort-based class action concerning alleged damages from ship-to-ship coal transfers. He recently advised a Swiss investment bank in recovering substantial payments from Indonesian entities and conglomerates linked to share repurchase agreements. Bagas is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
