Mahareksha Singh Dillon is a partner at SSEK Law Firm with a diverse practice spanning corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. He is an active member of SSEK’s dispute resolution team, focusing on commercial disputes, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and complex litigation, including police investigations and immigration cases. Mahareksha also advises on commercial transactions across industries, with experience assisting clients in establishing data centres and navigating regulatory frameworks. Before joining SSEK, he practised at a boutique Jakarta law firm, where he handled banking and corporate transactions. He is a licensed advocate and member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi).
