Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto is a partner at SSEK Law Firm with a broad practice covering dispute resolution, commercial arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, construction, and internal corporate investigations. He has advised and represented multinational corporations, including Microsoft, PepsiCo, General Electric, Rolls-Royce, General Motors, Nissan, Boeing, FedEx, and IBM. His notable work includes acting for creditors in one of the largest and most complex insolvency proceedings in Indonesian history. More recently, he represented an offshore contractor in a high-value, complicated construction case in arbitration. Nico has gained recognition and is rated in Asian Legal Business, The Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific. More recently, he was named In-House Community Commended External Counsel of the Year 2025.
