Bisman is a seasoned trademark attorney with more than two decades of experience in advising clients on how to optimise protection and unlock brand value. She takes a keen interest in fashion and is also a part of the firm’s fashion and luxury law practice, working on issues at the intersection of IP, branding, design, sustainability, social media and online commerce. In addition, she leads media outreach and publishing activities at the firm, and is editor of its newsletter, Letter From India. She writes widely on IP law and frequently shares her perspectives through speaking engagements at industry, academic, and professional forums. A member of the International Trademark Association (Editorial Board), the IP Owners Association, and FICCI’s IP Cell, Bisman is an active voice in IP discussions in India and internationally.
