Daniel is a technology and data lawyer at CMS, where he combines deep technology transactions experience with an AI specialism, supporting multinational organisations (including FTSE 100 companies) on AI-regulatory compliance, AI-risk classification and governance frameworks, alongside the structuring and negotiation of AI transactions. He is author of the chapter on deployer obligations under the EU AI Act, and is frequently invited to deliver training for legal, procurement and technology teams on contracting for AI and deployer readiness. Daniel sits on the TechUK Digital Twins Council.
