Graeme is a partner and co-head of CMS’s Antitrust, Competition and Trade team. He specialises in UK and EU antitrust, with over 25 years’ experience advising clients on antitrust compliance including supply and distribution arrangements, commercial agreements, joint ventures and collaboration and marketing and sales practices. This includes advising on merger control and acting on investigations and antitrust and consumer related disputes.
