David joined Osborne Clarke in 2000, and has 30 years’ experience advising businesses on international employment law issues. David works with international organisations, helping them navigate the legal and cultural differences in European and International employment law. David has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of businesses in the digital business sectors, particularly US technology businesses facing reputational risk claims involving discrimination, bonuses and whistleblowing.
