Emily is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s commercial team and focuses on AI and machine learning, IT and IP contracts, and digital regulation. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial and technology matters. As part of Osborne Clarke’s AI and machine learning team, Emily provides strategic advice on the development, procurement and deployment of AI tools, including the creation of governance and risk management systems.
