Dr. Henner Schläfke represents national and international clients in litigation before state courts and has extensive practical experience as a trial lawyer. He co-heads Noerr’s Dispute Resolution department together with Anke Meier and heads the Class and Mass Action Defence practice group. Henner specialises in antitrust damages litigation and is an expert on the judicial assessment of damages. He is defending clients against private enforcement claims in high-profile cases including collective actions. His practice covers a wide range of industries with a special focus on automotive, banking and retail as well as consumer law. Henner regularly publishes on collective redress and private enforcement of European law including the DMA and the GDPR. Henner is regularly recognised as a litigation expert by Legal 500 Germany, Best Lawyers Germany and in the German directory JUVE Handbook.
