Fernando heads the competition and antitrust practice at Von Wobeser y Sierra. With almost 20 years of experience, he has been involved in Mexico’s most important cartel and market investigations. Fernando is involved in more than 60% of the investigations carried out by the CNA and is one of the most active attorneys in merger control procedures, advising on both antitrust and corporate aspects of the transactions. Fernando has broad experience in the negotiation of remedies and avoidance of divestitures in complex merger review cases.
