Kate Wald is a counsel in Allens’ Competition, Consumer and Regulatory team and advises Australian and international clients on a broad range of competition and consumer law issues. Kate has deep experience supporting clients in competition and consumer law investigations and enforcement matters, with a focus on obtaining merger clearance and complex investigations. Prior to joining Allens, Kate spent seven years at Paul, Weiss in New York, where her practice focused on merger investigations, antitrust investigations and litigation.
