Linda is a Legal Associate and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with experience in commercial and tax advisory, regulatory compliance, and litigation. She regularly advises public institutions, as well as local and international clients, on legal and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border trade, company and business incorporations, the establishment of subsidiaries and branches, and corporate governance matters. She is currently pursuing the Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.
