Nathalie Kaufmann advises clients in the areas of national and international litigation, real estate transactions and all aspects of commercial contracts. Her litigation practice focuses on disputes involving commercial liability and insurance-related issues. She advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions and regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating of commercial lease agreements and provides legal support on construction and development projects. Nathalie joined Eversheds Sutherland in August 2021 as a trainee lawyer. After completing her internship, she returned to Eversheds Sutherland in November 2023 as an associate. Previously, she gained valuable experience at the District Court of Emmental-Oberaargau. Nathalie holds a Master of Law from the University of Bern (MLaw, 2021) and a Bachelor’s in international relations from the Graduate Institute of the University of Geneva (BARI, 2018). She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2024.
