A&O hires finance team in New York
In a bid to expand its US presence, Allen & Overy has hired a team of five leveraged finance partners in New York.

The team is made up of White & Case partners Scott Zemser, Alan Rockwell and Judah Frogel, as well as former Proskauer Rose partner Rajani Gupta and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy associate Todd Koretzky, who joins A&O as a partner.
Key clients
The team will represent banks and other financial institutions as lead arrangers, underwriters and participants across all types of financings. A&O’s key finance clients include Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
