The transfer of Kingsley Napley corporate partner Michelle Harris to freelance solicitor firm Halebury has seen the England Football team also join as a client.
The Lawyer reports that Ms Harris brings the national team to the firm having been its retained legal advisor since 2006.
According to the report, Ms Harris has acted on a number of commercial and contractual matters including significant rights deals between the Football Association and Nike.
Tennessee-based Brookdale Senior Living Inc has named general counsel Andrew Smith to become the senior living facility operator's next CEO.
Mr Smith takes over from Bill Sheriff, according to The Republic web site.
Mr Smith joined Brookdale in 2006 and has managed the company's acquisitions, finance and strategic planning as well as legal affairs.
Japanese computer game developer Konami has recruited Tinu Adeshile as general counsel in its UK digital entertainment business venture.
Ms Adeshile was previously the sole in-house legal advisor at Islam Channel TV.
According to The Lawyer, the role will have a particular focus on licensing law, especially IP and commercial rights on games and content.
