Munich-based finance partner Bernd Egbers and London-energy and infrastructure partner Jason Radford will both be joining Ashurst’s board from 1 November this year, each for a three-year term. Mr Egbers joined Ashurst in 2006 and was appointed to the firm’s partnership in 2009, while Mr Radford joined Ashurst as a partner also in 2009. Their appointments to the board come as the terms of current board members Cristina Calvo and Mark Vickers draw to a close.

Joining the ranks

I am confident that they will make a considerable contribution to the Board and in shaping the firm’s future.’ The two new appointees will be joined on the firm’s board by Mr Tidswell, vice chairperson Mary Padbury, managing partner Paul Jenkins, Australia-based partners Roger Davies and Jenny Mansfield, London-based partner Angela Pearson and independent board members Roger Gillespie and David Turner.
