The ten-office firm already advises on the medical use of the drug. The whole process around recreational use - including growing, processing, distributing and selling - touches on several areas of the law including agriculture, real estate, business, employment and intellectual property. Bill Miner, head of the Portland office, said: 'It’s going to be a legitimate business so let’s make sure they get legitimate advice.'
