The managing partner of Bingham McCutcheon is said to have told partners in a voicemail that a merger has been agreed with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.

Steven Browne of Bingham is said to have told colleagues in the partnership the news on Friday - but a letter of intent had not been signed.
