The move will take place on 1 January, and will strengthen the M&A, corporate and capital markets team of Lombardi Molinari which will be renamed Lombardi Molinari Segni and Associates. A particular aim of the move is, according to Italian business paper Il Sole 24 ore, to 'increase its presence in the international arena'. Lombardi Molinari has already swelled its ranks this year through the recruitment of litigation specialist Franco Anelli and his team.
