The deal is expected to be concluded by the end of this month. It comes after another announcement this year, in which Bulter & Hosch said it was taking over Regional Trustee Service Corp - the provider to law firms and others of foreclosure services in eight states on the US west coast. Last June Butler & Hosch acquired Cal-Western Reconveyance, a large trustee company. Another arm of McCurdy & Candler, its general practice, is not involved in the deal and will continue practising under its current name. Source: Housing Wire
