The Luxury Law Awards 2023 are now accepting nominations and entries – with luxury executives, law firms, legal departments and specialist advisers encouraged to take part.

The awards will be presented on 13 June at a reception at the Luxury Law Summit Europe, which is taking place at The British Museum.

The awards ceremony, which will be hosted by GLP, will be attended by a host of leading general counsel from the luxury sector as well as top executives, entrepreneurs, designers and outside counsel.

The judging panel includes Eilish McGuinness, CEO of Heritage Lottery, Jeffrey Hellman, senior vice president and assistant general counsel at PVH, Aine Lyons, assistant GC of VMware, and Edenfells co-founder Libby Ferguson.

Showcase categories include The Marella Naj-Oleari Luxury Business In-House General Counsel of the Year, which last year went to Kempinski Hotels GC Hadrian Beltrametti-Walker, and Legal Team of the Year, which was awarded to Bang & Olufsen. 

Private practice awards include Luxury Law Firm of the Year, which was secured by Bird & Bird, and Partner of the Year, which was awarded to Nels Lippert, chair of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s intellectual property practice.

The awards are divided into two sections. Nominations are being accepted for the seven brand categories. To enter the five private practice categories, plus a new category, Technology Provider of the Year, it is necessary to complete a submission.

The deadline for nominations and entries is 24 March. This year's award sponsors include: Graff Search, K&L Gates, McCarthy Tétrault and Taylor Wessing.
