The LexisNexis 'Enterprise Legal Management Trends Report' shows Philadelphia rising by an average of 7.1 per cent in the three years to June last year. Other cities are well-behind. Second-placed Boston has seen a three-year rise of 4.9 per cent, and then Miami is shown rising by 4.5 per cent. New York comes next (4.1 per cent), followed by Chicago (4.0 per cent).
