Chicago lawyer takes first legal steps over Malaysia plane

The first of many legal steps over the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight 370 is believed to have been taken by Monica Kelly of Ribbeck Law when she asked for information from Boeing and the airline.

Ribbeck Law is planning a multi-million dollar law suit against both the airline and the manufacturer. Mis Kelly’s client is Januari Siregar, the father of one of the passengers. The request for documents and other information on the fire and oxygen systems, batteries and fuselage records was made to an Illinois state judge. Source: WSBT
