CMS is opening its second office in the Gulf region through a new base in Muscat.

Energy, projects and construction partner Stephen Millar and Dubai managing partner Matthew Culver will be among the prime movers in the new team. Ben Ewing, joining from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Amur Al Rashdi, joining from Khalifa Al Hinai, are to become consultants, based in Muscat.
