Angry that her lawyer could not represent her, Ms Love had tweeted: 'I was devastated when Rhonda J Holmes Esq of San Diego was bought off.' This was not the case but the jury decided that the tweet was not defamatory although containing information that was not true. The jury held that she did not know that the information was not true. Ms Love had told the jury that she had not meant to make the tweet publicly but had intended to send it as a message to one recipient. She had then deleted the tweet immediately. After the case, Ms Love sent another tweet about the lawyers who represented her: 'I can't thank you enough Dongell Lawrence Finney LLP, the most incredible law firm on the planet. We won this epic battle. #justiceprevails.'  Source: BBC
