The 39-year old said: 'The biggest problem we face, which is also a reason for increasing crime, is a slow judiciary. That is an antithesis to the concept of justice. Our focus is on increasing the number of judges. I have already asked for the existing list of prosecutors and standing counsels who represent the state government.'
