Dentons sues Republic of Guinea for £10.2m

The law firm claims that it is owed legal fees and costs accumulated in a mining and infrastructure project.

Dentons has filed a law suit against the Republic of Guinea Pixel Europe

The case against the Republic of Guinea was filed in the District Court of Columbia last week. Williams & Connolly is representing Dentons. The firm alleges it is owed the fees after more than 10,000 hours working with the Government over the development of a £20bn mining and infrastructure project in Simandou.
