A spokesperson for DLA Piper has confirmed that the international firm may soon open in Chile as the next step in its push into the Latin American market. The firm already has offices open in Brazil, Mexico and Colombia and last month opened a four-partner office in Puerto Rico. ‘We are exploring the Chilean market as part of our ongoing strategy in Latin America, and are talking with some local firms as part of this process,’ said the spokesperson.
