Around 69 per cent of corporate counsel believe outsourcing can give them increased efficiencies, according to recent research. Meanwhile, 65 per cent look to outsourcing to help with cost reduction whilst one in four believe it leads to improved job satisdaction for inhouse legal departments. The demand for different ways of sourcing legal services comes as 86 per cent of legal departments say they are under pressure to do more for less.
