Sir Forwood has joined White & Case as counsel on a part-time basis. He was a judge of the General Court from 1999 to 2015 and before that had spent 20 years as a barrister at the competition law Bar in London and Brussels. His experience covers all fields of EU law, including cartels, abuse of dominant position and state aids, EU sanctions and IP.
