The secretary claims that she was dismissed with no notice when she asked to be paid for the 'hundreds' of hours of overtime that she had worked. She alleges that Bruno Paccioni, the managing partner of the Paris office, assaulted her and that she was told to leave there and then.

A preliminary hearing this month has fixed the date of 21 September for the hearing.
