Half of law firms use predictive coding

Law firms are ahead of corporates in their use – as only 35% of the latter said they had used the technology in case preparation. About  73% have used it in discovery and 47% have used it for early case assessment. Joe White of Kroll Ontrack said: ‘Predictive coding is finally catching on.
