Plans are on show this week in Toronto at the Association of Legal Administrators annual conference and expo. Gensler’s team of 40 has been working on the idea for two years. The Washington Post says the plans emphasise flexibility and efficiency, creating a greater sense of common purpose and community partly by giving more space over to open areas and introducing ‘touchdown’ areas for lawyers coming in from other offices.
