A vote will take place in Hong Kong over the Law Society president's future Sean Pavone

Hong Kong lawyers are divided over a vote of no confidence in Law Society president Ambrose Lam San-keung which was called after he supported a controversial white paper on the Hong Kong legal profession. Lawyers at Hong Kong firms have claimed there are moves afoot to reject the vote. Lawyers have been protesting since the president called the document, which referred to judges as administrators with a 'political requirement' to love the country. The extraordinary general meeting will take place in three days. Source: South China Morning Post
