Ambrose Lam San-keung is now under pressure to stand down. The vote was initiated by solicitor Kevin Yam fin-fung who is urging solicitors to force out Ambrose Lam if he does not go of his own volition. The vote against Mr Lam came after he supported a controversial paper from the Beijing government on the future of the legal profession.
